Bluff Magazine, America’s leading poker magazine, announced today the Bluff Poker League, a weekly tournament series that will send one player to the 2008 World Series of Poker Main Event.

Sponsored by CarbonPoker.com, the Bluff Poker League will meet every Wednesday at 9:30 PM ET to play a $10+$1 buy-in tournament.

In addition to the regular cash prizes at each event, the points leader at the end of the season will be awarded a $12,500 WSOP Main Event package that includes buy-in and travel expenses. The 2nd and 3rd place finishers receive a $1,500 buy-in to a WSOP event, and the 4th - 9th place finisher will get a poker site goodie bag.

The Bluff Poker League begins on October 17th and the last event is on April 16th.

Carbon Poker will also be hosting a freeroll on October 10th in which:

1. Top 3 finishers receive a $60 token/coupon to the $20k Guarantee
2. All final table participants receive a seat to the $50k freeroll
3. Players finishing in 10th -25th place receive entry into $10k freeroll
4. All remaining players receive an entry into a $1k freeroll
