Bodog Announces Schedule for Bodog Poker Open IV
- Lance Bradley | October 16, 2009
Following the lead of other online poker rooms Bodog Poker announced this week the fourth installment of the Bodog Poker Open will feature two different buy-in levels.
The Championship Series will run from November 1 - 8 with buy-ins ranging from the $55 rebuy event to the $500 Main Event. The Contender Series, which runs parallel to the Championship Series, has a $5 rebuy on the low end of the spectrum and a $50 buy-in Main Event. The two levels of buy-ins, along with a multitude of satellite events, give poker players of all levels a chance at becoming a champion.
“With the chance to rise through the ranks, from contender to Bodog Poker Open IV Champion, the Bodog Poker Open IV promises to be one of the biggest and best tournament series in Bodog.com’s 15-year history,” said David Williams, Bodog Poker Pro.
The BPO IV schedule, which includes eight contender events and seven championship events, is comprised entirely of Hold’em tournaments. Winners of all events from November 1 - 7 earn a seat to the $500 Main Event on November 8.
