A player under the name “CaseyTheKid” made history last night by becoming the first person to win two Full Tilt Online Poker Series (FTOPS) events.

Sporting the gold FTOPS avatar he won during the first running of the series in August 2006, CasyTheKid outlasted 593 players last night to win the limit Omaha Hi/Lo event at FTOPS III, collecting $29,700 and moving him into a five-way tie for 3rd place on the FTOPS III leaderboard.

With last night’s victory, CaseyTheKid, who can often be found in the bigger cash games on Full Tilt, has now won both limit Omaha Hi/Lo events at FTOPS (FTOPS II didn’t have a limit Omaha Hi/Lo event) and is in first place on the all-time FTOPS leaderboard.
