Online Poker: Shaun Deeb Wins Full Tilt $750K Guarantee
- Jessica Welman | September 6, 2010
The big paydays of this Sunday of online poker could be found on PokerStars, who launched the first day of the 2010 World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP) action today, but that didn’t stop the other sites from producing some noteworthy stories and big paydays of their own.
The biggest payday and non-WCOOP related score of the day was Shaun “tedsfishfry” Deeb’s win in the Full Tilt Poker $750,000 Guarantee. Deeb claimed an outright victory in FTP’s flagship Sunday event, beating the likes of Shawn “phat_cat1″ Luman and Adnan “nanq” Qureshi to claim the nearly $133,000 payout.
Elsewhere on Full Tilt Poker, reigning PCA Champion Harrison “this is punny” Gimbel booked a win in the Full Tilt Poker Sunday Mulligan, defeating Larry “PrishChips31” Sharp for the top prize of $54,120.
