PartyGaming Co-Founders Quit Their Jobs

PartyGaming co-founders Anurag Dikshit and Vikrant Bhargavar have quit the Gibraltar-based firm’s board of the directors. Dikshit, PartyGaming’s chief operating officer, and Bhargavar, the marketing director, made $785.8 million and $114.8 million, respectively, when the company was floated on the London Stock Exchange last year.

Dikshit, who owns about 30% of the company, will reportedly stay with PartyGaming and focus on development of new products. Bhargavar, who owns about 8.5% of the company, will reportedly leave the company by the end of the year.

Now that the two men have left the board of directors, they are free to sell their entire stake in the company, which is estimated to be worth about $3.7 billion.
