Poker Academy Signs Deal to Market Product to European Players

Poker players in Europe will soon have a new educational tool at their disposal after Poker Academy announced they have signed a licensing agreement with Anuman Interactive.

The deal will allow Anuman Interactive to market and sell select Poker Academy products in retail and on the internet to Texas Hold’em players in over 50 new countries including poker hotbeds Russia, France, Sweden and Finland.

“We continue to grow the number of languages we offer our products in, and this deal with Anuman will increase our footprint from English and French to up to six new languages, including Russian, German, Italian, and Spanish,” said Kurt Lange, president of Poker Academy.

The French game publisher was one of a number of companies bidding for the opportunity to work with Poker Academy in their European expansion efforts.

“(Anuman) made our poker skills training tools a top product in France; they understand the product and the market, and they are committed to success,” said Lange.
Poker Academy software was developed from world-renowned poker AI developed by the University of Alberta.
