The interesting match-up’s of season 3 continue this coming week with what Poker After Dark is calling: The 19th Hole. The match up consists of six players, all of which who have a knack for taking time off from poker to gamble on the golf course. Two newcomers will make their Poker After Dark debut this week, as David Oppenheim and Gavin Smith get a chance to take home the $120,000 first prize. Joining them will be a ferocious group: Doyle Brunson, Phil Ivey, Daniel Negreanu, and Erick Lindgren. Phil Ivey leads thr group with two PAD titles, followed by Daniel and Doyle who each have one. Erick Lindgren is still attempting to take down his first Poker After Dark win. The match is guaranteed to be a great one to watch, and the heads-up battle is said to be one of Poker After Dark’s best.

The match will begin airing on NBC late night Monday at 2:05 AM, January 7, and will continue for five consecutive nights in the same time slot. A special program called the “Director’s Cut” will air late night Saturday, January 12, at 1:00 AM, right after Saturday Night Live. This show will feature Poker After Dark’s new host, Marianela, with a behind-the-scenes look at the week with highlights and insightful player interviews.
