PokerStars Caribbean Adventure begins tomorrow

At this point most of the players are most likely settled nicely in their rooms at Atlantis Beach Resort in the Caribbean. The tournament which is now part of the European Poker Tour begins tomorrow, and its expected to be a pretty large field. The tournament tends to attract a large number of internet players, as players only need to be 18 years of age to play. One 18 year old hoping to play was online phenom Josh “JJprodigy” Field, who was told last week that his lifetime ban on PokerStars was exttended through to live events as well.

Last Year, Ryan Daut battled through a field of 937 players before finally beating Issac Haxton heads-up to take home the title and over $1.5 million.

Tomorrow also marks the date when the Aussie Millions will begin its preliminary events. So it should be a busy couple of weeks for poker pro’s and fans alike.
