Team Bodog Pro Josh Arieh Set to Battle Bloggers

The weekly Poker Blogger Tournament at Bodog just got a little bit tougher. Joining the field this week is two time World Series of Poker bracelet winner, and member of Team Bodog, Josh Arieh.

The lucky blogger who eliminates Arieh from the tournament will earn the $100 bounty that has been placed on him. Should Arieh win the tournament and avoid the bounty, he will collect the $100 himself.

The weekly $10 buy-in tournament brings together some of the top poker bloggers all in pursuit of a $12,000 WSOP prize package. Over a series of 18 tournaments bloggers are earning leader board points in hopes of being in the top 18 overall leaders. Those 18 bloggers will play for a seat in the 2008 World Series of Poker main event.

For online poker players who want to be part of Team Bodog at the 2008 WSOP but don’t have a blog, Bodog is currently running a number of online qualifiers for poker’s biggest event this summer. A guaranteed four WSOP seats are up for grabs every week at the Bodog Poker tables this March and April, with that number jumping to five per week in May and June.
